As the situation with Corona virus (Covid-19) continues, we still need to be thinking of ways to keep ourselves and our families safe.

Here at Elanele Beauty Center we're doing all we can to keep both Clients and staff as safe as possible,

All of us have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. With this in mind it is of great importance to us as a company that both clients and staff know what we have put in place to protect everyone on our return to being able to pamper you in our safe environment.

As a company our priority is to ensure that our staff are kept as safe as possible whilst offering you our clients all your pampering needs in our professional and Covid-19 safe environment.

The rules we have now implemented are in line with government guidelines for close contact services and they will be reviewed regularly to insure we are doing everything correctly and to the highest of standards.
We as a team have missed being able to offer you the treatments that we know you love, and Team Elanele are looking forward to seeing you again as soon as possible.

our priority as a team is to keep you as safe as possible, and prior to re-opening the salon we have implemented a number of changes which we would like to make you aware of. During the time the salon has been shut, we have completed the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention and Control course which is accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists Ltd, the UK trade body for our industry. We have since made a number of changes in the way that we operate that you will notice when you next visit.

This may mean that we have to cancel your appointment at short notice. we appreciate that this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled you will be able to re-book again as soon as is convenient to you and available appointments.

At the time of booking you will be asked several Corona Virus related questions for us to confirm your suitability for treatment.

"DO NOT COME TO THE SALON FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT !"

Visiting the Salon

For your safety and to maintain social distancing, we ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not turn up early for appointments as this may mean that you come into contact with other clients who are just leaving. Please attend your appointments alone as due to regulations we will not be able to have people waiting in salon. Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment slot due to these circumstances, we may not be able to be as flexible as we used to be and we may not be able to accommodate your appointment.

Everyone entering the salon is required to wear a mask, you are most welcome to bring your own or we can supply you with one at a small cost. Your temperature will be taken before entering the salon and you will be required to sanitise hands at reception upon entering.

We ask you please on arrival for your appointment to wait at the front door and a member of the team will greet you.

When arriving at the salon for your appointment can we please ask for you not to bring outdoor coats and for your small items (keys/purse/phone) be kept with you and in a small bag at all times.

We are allowing extra time between appointments as we have increased the frequency of cleaning in the salon including making sure that common surfaces, toilets door handles etc. are wiped clean using disinfectant products between each client.

All tools and equipment will be disinfected or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturers’ instructions for your safety.

Wherever possible we will utilise environmentally, friendly, single use items during a treatment that will be disposed of safely after use in order to protect you from cross infection.

The salon will also weekly or more often if required have deep cleaning with an Anti-bacterial fogging system.

We will have hand sanitiser available for you to use at all client treatment areas.

Please don't be surprised or upset as our staff will use personal protective equipment (PPE) during your visit and during your treatment. This may include disposable gloves / facemasks / aprons and visors where appropriate.

We can confirm that the laundering of salon towels and uniforms is a priority and we can assure you that all salon laundry is washed at 60 degrees C

All disposable items are bagged and safely removed from the treatment area between each client.
